Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we deliberately never hold. Sign-in is a wallet signature, so there is a great deal we simply never learn about you.

1. What we never collect

We never receive your private keys or seed phrase — the wallet signs locally and we only see the result. We do not ask for a password, because there isn’t one. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.

2. What we collect

Wallet data
Your public wallet address, the sign-in signature, and the deposit address generated for you. Your address is the identifier the whole account hangs off.
On-chain activity
Deposits, withdrawals and transfers connected to your addresses. This data is public on BSC Smart Chain; we read and index it, we do not create it.
Account activity
Model Engines you activate, yield credited, referral relationships, internal transfers and notifications — the record that produces your dashboard.
Anything you give us
Support tickets and their attachments, and any optional profile details such as a display name, country or contact address you choose to enter.
Technical data
IP address, device and browser information, and request logs, kept for security, abuse prevention and debugging.

3. Why we use it

  • To operate the service: crediting deposits, calculating yield and referral income, and processing withdrawals.
  • To keep accounts secure and detect fraud, abuse, sanctions exposure and automated manipulation.
  • To answer support requests and tell you when something happens to your account.
  • To improve the product through aggregated, non-identifying usage analysis.
  • To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with providers who need it to run the service — hosting and infrastructure, blockchain node and indexing providers, wallet connection services such as Reown, email and notification delivery, and analytics — each bound to process it on our instructions.

We also disclose data where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to investigate fraud or protect members. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Anything written to a public blockchain — your address, your transfers, the amounts — is permanent, public and outside our control. No privacy policy can undo an on-chain record.

5. Cookies and local storage

We keep the minimum a session needs: your session token, your theme preference, and the wallet connector state that lets your wallet reconnect. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep it

Account and transaction records are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as we need them for legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. Support tickets are kept while they may still be relevant to your account. Technical logs are kept for a short, security-driven period.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Write to privacy@zentex.info and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.

Two limits are structural rather than a matter of policy: we cannot delete anything already recorded on a public blockchain, and we cannot delete records we are legally required to keep.

8. Security, transfers and children

We use encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring to protect personal data, but no system is perfectly secure and you keep responsibility for your own wallet.

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours; where required we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers. The service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the last change, and material changes are announced in the dashboard. Questions and requests go to privacy@zentex.info.
