Risk Disclosure
Read this before committing anything. It is the least comfortable page on the site, and the most important one.
The short version
Digital-asset trading can lose money, including all of it. Daily rates are targets the engine aims at, not returns anyone promises you, and past results say nothing about future ones. Commit only what you can afford to lose entirely.
Market risk
Digital-asset prices are volatile and can move violently in either direction, at any hour, without warning. Liquidity can vanish exactly when it matters most. An automated strategy reduces reaction time; it does not remove the market.
A council of models that agree can still be wrong together. Consensus improves the odds of a decision — it does not make a decision safe.
Returns are targets, not promises
Daily rates, multipliers and caps describe how the product calculates earnings when the engine performs. They are not a guaranteed yield, a fixed-income product or a deposit. Historical figures, illustrative trades and dashboard projections are information, not commitments.
Each slot also stops paying at its cap — 2×, 2.5× or 3× the slot value depending on the Model Engine — so a Model Engine is a finite instrument, not a perpetual income stream.
Technology and smart-contract risk
- Smart contracts can contain bugs, and an exploited contract can lose funds irreversibly.
- Blockchains can congest, fork, reorganise or halt, delaying or failing your transactions.
- Node providers, wallet providers, model providers and liquidity venues are third parties we do not control, and their failures propagate to us.
- Automated systems can behave unexpectedly under conditions their designers did not anticipate.
Transactions are irreversible
A confirmed on-chain transaction cannot be cancelled, reversed or recalled by us or by anyone. Funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or in a token your deposit address does not accept are gone — not held somewhere awaiting recovery.
Check the network, the token and the contract address in your wallet every single time.
Self-custody risk
Non-custodial cuts both ways. Nobody can move your funds without your key — and nobody can restore them if you lose it. There is no password reset, no account recovery and no support path back into a wallet you no longer control.
Phishing sites, malicious signature requests and fake support accounts are the most common way people lose money in this market. Verify the domain before you connect, read what you are signing, and treat any request for a seed phrase as an attack.
Regulatory and operational risk
Digital-asset regulation is unsettled and changes quickly. New rules, licensing requirements or sanctions may restrict the service in your jurisdiction, change how it works, or force us to suspend access — with limited notice.
The service itself may be interrupted by outages, maintenance or incidents affecting us or our providers, and interruptions can coincide with exactly the market conditions in which you would most want access.
Referral income is not fixed either
Referral and level earnings depend on the activity of other members, which you do not control and cannot predict. Building income on the assumption that your team keeps growing is a forecast, not a plan.
No advice, and your own suitability
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is tailored to your circumstances. You are responsible for any tax arising from your activity.
Consider your own objectives, experience and financial position, and take independent professional advice if you need it. If you cannot afford to lose the amount entirely, do not commit it.
